Plus Size Beauties

I've always been the curvier girl in my group of friends. I was given what my mom's side of the family calls "The Cagasan Curse". The curse comes from my grandmother's side of the family and entails big hips, terrible migraines, and a need to be very, VERY, loud (though I hardly find that a bad thing!). So, needless to say, I was never able to relate to those stick thin models that tend to grace the cover of all the fashion magazines these days. When I first heard about V Magazine's choice of featuring plus size models in their next issue, I was nothing short of thrilled. It was the light at the end of a tunnel filled with ultra thin models and never-ending controversies with photo editors making models too thin (I feel for you, Filippa and Demi). Hopefully in the coming year, more high end fashion magazines will follow in the plus size foot steps of V.

So with no further ado, I present you with V Magazine's story: One Size Fits All
